No special pricing
or promotional offers available for StickyDrive. Licenses are valid for 18 months
from date of purchase. After 18 months, a $0.50/pc (X) fee will be assessed for
continued support to the licensed flash drives. Note that the program will not stop
running after 18 months, however it will no longer be tracked or updated with functionality
to meet changes in the market or technology.

These charges are based on a limit to 5 files or up to 10MB cumulative data,an additional
$0.10 (X) cost per drive will be added for each additional 5 files or 10MB
delivered.

Hosted content:
StickyDrive™ will host up to 100MB per version for an additional $0.10 (X) per license.
The content will be hosted for the initial 18 month license agreement after which
a new hosting charge would be accessed at the same rate for each additional 12 month
period subsequent.

Reporting:
|
Standard customized reporting is available with StickyDrive. Standard reporting
included five options: Average Frequency, Days of Week Usage, Duration, Hours of
Day, ReportCompilation. These 5 options are considered one report and the price
is the same if you want one or all five. Custom Reports are also available at an
additional fee and can be tailored to your individual needs.
