To our valued customers and employees,

We very much appreciate the well wishes, support and patience during our power outage due to a rare tornado that affected our Bridgeport, Connecticut production facility on Thursday, June 24th and Friday, June 25th

All employees were not only safe but have shown their support and teamwork in ways we could never have imagined. Their dedication to each other and to our customers was incredible. From marketing sending Twitter and Facebook updates from their mobile phones and even from home, to the sales team calling customers to inform them of the service interruption, to customer service and sample department walking through the dark with flashlights to find any deadline orders that need to be called on, to the production and IT teams working at all hours of the night and weekend to get us back on line. It was truly heroic.
